Toddy AI provides AI-assisted creative content services for social media, online communities, brands, creators and digital projects.
Our services are focused on social-ready content, including AI images, short-form AI videos, X-first posts, meme-ready visuals, launch content, captions, community posts and monthly content direction.
Toddy AI may provide services including, but not limited to:
Toddy AI may offer one-off content drops, repeat content drops, content packs, monthly content services or custom quoted work depending on the client’s requirements.
All services are subject to the agreed scope, pricing, timeline and deliverables confirmed before work begins.
Prices listed on the Toddy AI website are starting prices only.

Toddy AI may provide a quote before work begins. Work may not commence until the quote, scope and payment terms have been agreed.
Payment terms may vary depending on the project. Toddy AI may require full upfront payment, partial upfront payment or other agreed payment arrangements before starting work.
Toddy AI may accept payment by PayPal or other agreed payment methods. Where SOL is accepted, the SOL amount will be calculated as the equivalent of the agreed USD price at the time payment is requested or invoiced. SOL payment terms must be agreed before payment is made.
Toddy AI may offer different pricing for first-time projects and repeat content.
A First Drop may cost more because it includes initial setup, style direction, project understanding, tone, meme angle, visual direction and first content direction.
A Repeat Drop may be cheaper because Toddy AI has already created content for the project and understands the style, tone and direction.
Repeat Drop pricing only applies where Toddy AI determines that the project direction is already established and the new content is similar in scope to previous work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete the project.

The client is responsible for reviewing all content before publishing it.
Toddy AI is not responsible for errors, issues or claims arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.
Toddy AI uses AI-assisted tools and creative workflows to produce images, videos, captions, concepts and other content.
AI-generated content may not always be perfect and may require editing, adjustment or review before use.
Clients acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally include visual errors, unusual details, inconsistencies or unintended results.
Toddy AI will make reasonable efforts to create usable, social-ready content within the agreed scope, but does not guarantee that every AI-generated result will be flawless, unique, trademark-clear or suitable for every use without review.
Revision terms will depend on the project scope or package purchased.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, small revisions may be included where they are reasonable and within the original scope.
Additional revisions, major changes, new concepts, new directions or changes requested after approval may require additional payment.
A revision does not include a completely new concept, new style, new character, new campaign direction or a change to the original brief unless agreed by Toddy AI.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before use or publication.
Once content has been delivered and approved, the client is responsible for how it is used, posted, promoted, edited or distributed.
Toddy AI is not responsible for platform performance, audience reaction, engagement results, account issues, takedowns, moderation decisions or consequences arising from how the client uses the content.
Toddy AI creates content designed to improve social presence, attention, consistency and content quality.
Toddy AI does not guarantee:
Clients are responsible for how they publish, promote and manage their own content, brand, project or community.
Toddy AI may create content for crypto projects, memecoin communities, online communities and launch campaigns.
Toddy AI does not provide financial advice, investment advice, token advice, trading advice or legal advice.
Any crypto, token, memecoin or community content created by Toddy AI is creative content only.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their project, token, campaign, posts, claims and community activity comply with all applicable laws, platform rules and regulations.
Toddy AI does not guarantee token performance, price movement, investor interest, community growth or market outcomes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the client has paid in full for the agreed deliverables, the client may use the final delivered content for their own social media, marketing, brand, community or project purposes.
Toddy AI may retain ownership of working files, drafts, unused concepts, prompts, internal processes, templates, workflows and creative systems used to produce the content.
The client receives rights to use the final delivered content, not ownership of Toddy AI’s internal methods, tools, workflows or unpublished drafts.
Some AI tools, stock assets, fonts, music, platform features or third-party resources may be subject to their own licensing terms. Clients are responsible for ensuring final use is suitable for their intended purpose, especially for paid advertising, commercial campaigns, merchandise or regulated industries.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before work begins, Toddy AI may display completed work, samples, screenshots, images, videos or project references in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies or promotional material.
Toddy AI will not intentionally disclose private or confidential client information when showcasing work.
Clients who require private or white-label work must confirm this before the project begins.
Due to the creative and digital nature of Toddy AI services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
Refunds may not be available where:
Toddy AI may consider refunds or partial refunds at its discretion depending on the circumstances and the amount of work completed.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, Toddy AI may retain payment for work already completed, time spent, creative direction, concepts, drafts, AI generations and administrative costs.

Monthly services are subject to the agreed monthly scope.
Unused content, unused revisions or unused time may not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Either party may end a monthly service arrangement according to the agreed payment and cancellation terms.
Toddy AI may pause or stop work if payment is late or if the client fails to provide required information, feedback or approvals.
Custom projects are quoted based on the information provided by the client.
If the scope changes after a quote is accepted, additional fees may apply.

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any platform where they publish or use the content.
